If you ever get the error 0x8004011d, it means that your server is not available. In fact, that is what the error will actually say. In most cases, you should be able to contact an administrator that will be able to look into your issue and figure out what is going on. Most people that have this problem are having it because they have some type of antivirus software that is blocking this from working. If this is happening to you, you can tell if it is virus software by disabling it, and trying to use Outlook once again. If this is the problem, you will need to put an exception into the virus software so that you can continue to use your email.
