Hello from a (sorta) newbie
I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I have been on TFL before, but its been a while and not with this username. I couldn’t remember my old one so I created a new account.
I have been baking bread, (and other baked goods), casually for the past 10 years. I have recently decided to renew and improve my skills at making baked goods. I plan on initially focussing mostly on bread, but I also want to get better at making cakes as well. I thought it would be good to be around others who love all things carby. 😉
I live in the South Bay area of Northern California. As of June, I will have been married to my wonderful husband for 11 years. We have no kids, so my husband has to be my guinea pig. Sometimes I am able to pawn my baked goods off on my friends and family. Those that haven’t decided to go low carb or gluten free. Aaargh! 🙂
So that’s pretty much where I am right now. I look forward to getting to know, and learn from all of you on these boards.
