Playing your favorite sport after a long time is always wonderful, but sometimes it brings a lot of pain as well. The foolish thing that I always do is start playing without doing warmup. This habit always creates a problem in my shoulders, back and legs. Because, out of the blue, I start running vigorously, thus creating trouble for my body.
