These wouldn’t win any prizes for style or beauty but they taste damn good.

I’ve been having difficulty getting height from my batards, so have been baking them in an extra large pan 11″ x 5.5″, so I can achieve the height I require for sandwiches, somewhat forming to the pan and rising higher.
